Bos & Glazier uses mock jury presentations to help refine our presentations for trial and evaluate the evidence that is most and least persuasive. We have found that presenting our proofs to individuals who share backgrounds and beliefs comparable those who will actually decide the case is helpful to gauge what works in court.
Depending the on the case, we may use outside consultants or select a focus group on our own.
We have found a great willingness on the part of "mock jurors" to give us their valuable feedback. When mock jurors raise issues or ask questions about the evidence, they effectively tell us the strengths and weaknesses of our presentation. As a result, when we fire "live ammo" at trial, we have already been through a meaningful session at the firing range.
