Communicating With the Firm
Some law firms direct callers to leave a message in a general mail box or require callers to navigate through a voice mail maze. Our receptionist will take your call and gather the facts necessary to see how we can help. She can also direct you to the person who you are trying to reach during our office hours - Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
We strive to be available at all times to answer questions or discuss strategy decisions on our clients' cases. We are comfortable using e-mail, phone calls, video chats such as Zoom or Teams, in-person meetings, or letters to keep our clients informed. Just let us know how you would like us to contact you. If your attorney is not immediately available, our legal assistants and law clerk should be able to help you. You can always expect to receive a return call or other contact within 24 hours.
