Practice Methods - Mock Juries
Whenever our lawyers try a major case, Bos & Glazier clients always have the benefit of mock jury results. Presenting our proofs to individuals like those who will actually decide the case is the best way to gauge what works in court.

Once all the facts are known, and while there is still time to change our presentation approach at trial, our firm conducts mock jury trials. We use this method whether we are representing plaintiffs or defendants.

We have found a great willingness on the part of "mock jurors" to give us their valuable feedback. When such jurors raise issues or ask questions about the evidence, they effectively tell us the strengths and weaknesses of our presentation. As a result, when we fire "live ammo" at trial, we have already been through a meaningful session at the firing range.
